  • No questions asked
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days

No Refund Available

After Production Begins:

  • Once review video production is completed
  • Editor has already started work
  • Production resources allocated
  • No refund possible at this stage

Review Video Kit Delivery Timeline:

  • Initial Team Research: 1-2 business days
  • Review Video Production: 30-45 minute recorded session depending on the plan
  • Professional Editing + Answers Included: 3-5 business days after production
  • Final Delivery: 4-9 business days total (depends on the plan)

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Include your transaction ID
  3. Ensure your request is submitted more than 24 hours before review video production begins
  4. We'll confirm your cancellation and process the refund within 24 hours

General Refund Terms

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
